Order online terms and conditions:

1) In an effort to ensure customer satisfaction, Florists Online reserves the right to substitute flowers of equal value and quality on a seasonal basis. Images shown should be viewed as a guide to the variety of arrangements we can offer.

2) Please make sure that you supply us with the correct delivery details and instructions, e.g. where to leave the flowers if the recipient is not home.

3) Delivery procedure:

a) Orders after 12pm may be delivered on the next working day.

b) Recipient may be telephoned if requested.

c) If recipient is unavailable we will, unless otherwise instructed, leave the flowers at the premises together with a message about the delivery.

d) If it is not possible to leave at the recipient’s premises the flowers will be returned to the florist shop for the recipient to collect. Alternatively the flowers can be redelivered for an additional fee.
